Spotted another yummy find in Casuntingan, Mandaue when we passed by looking for something new for dinner. We noticed a long queue at this lechon manok and liempo joint named Sindos. So we decided to give it a try since it’s common knowledge that once you see a long line at a food place, for sure the food is delicious.
And we were right!
It’s so rare to find a liempo that has juicy lean meat to it and not just FAT. It doesn’t give you that UMAY flavor because there’s actually meat and juicy at that. I enjoyed it a lot and ended up finishing a bunch of liempo paired with their atsara (Php 15/pack)
Their lechon manok is close to a famous roasted chicken joint in Talamban when you talk about bursting with flavor when you bite into it AND the chicken is not dry so you can tell by its juicy meat that it’s freshly roasted. I must say, KALAS kaayo sa puso ui hahaha… (puso – Php 3/piece)
So for those who haven’t tried it yet, try Sindos in Casuntingan. Both lechon manok and liempo are bursting with flavors, and the meat is both succulent and tender. I don’t know if they have other branches because it’s the first time I’ve tried Sindos.
Don’t forget to share your #Sindos experience in the comment below, fellow foodies 🙂
