Got a delivery last week for dinner from Food Daddy and it’s their famous Buffalo Wings and Kapampangan Sisig. I appreciate how they neatly packed their food in brown-colored paper boxes and as you open them, you instantly catch a whiff of its enticing aroma.
BUFFALO WINGS
I tried their Buffalo wings first and the sight of the chicken wings smothered in the rich spicy sauce makes you want to dig in right away. The chicken is so tasty even without the sauce, you can really tell that’s it fried well. Then I tried dipping it into their Signature dripping sauce, it adds a certain kick to it and makes you dig in for some more of the chicken.
KAPAMPANGAN SISIG
It’s my first time trying an authentic Kapampangan Sisig which is made of crispy pork belly and chicken liver. It is a delicious treat pairing it with my rice. Best if you “mash” the chili after squeezing the calamansi. It adds more flavor to the sisig.
Checked their Facebook page and I totally agree with the brand of food they want to convey to the public, “soul food.” From what I had experienced, the Buffalo wings and the Kapampangan sisig are the kinds of food that satisfy your cravings and nourish your soul when you’re simply full to the brim.
To Food Daddy, you may only be weeks old in the food business but with the delicious food you bring to the table, people would think you’ve been serving the Cebuanos for years.
