This is one of my fave restaurants in Manila. It caters Chinese cuisine just like the ones here in Cebu, Grand Con buffet, Shanghai Bay, Big Mao and the likes. They also have one in Greenbelt and I think they are affiliated with another Manila Chinese Restaurant which is Big Buddha.
Last time I had a taste of the cuisine was five years ago, it was in Greenbelt. Their ambience was more like fine dining but now in MOA, they are similar to Harbour Dimsum here in Cebu. My sister explained that they reach out to the CD crowd as well basing on the location.
WHAT I LOVE IN SUPER BOWL
Their pork macau (lechon kawali), fish fillet (breaded one), dumplings platter (their siomai have improved), birthday noodles and banana fritters (turon) are worth trying. I also suggested to their chef that it would be better to add an ice cream topping on their banana fritters to complement the choco syrup filling in it just like the one in Spice Fusion here in SM North Wing.
I really appreciated the kind of service since they assign you to a personal attendant and very alert at that! Even the managers helped in serving the guests. Plus while waiting for your food, you are served with unlimited kropek which got my niece and nephews so excited hehehe..
